We collect this information to provide the best possible service to you while you are visiting our site.
The basis for data collection is the voluntary consent granted to Service Provider now of signing up for the service and accepting the terms and condition and the privacy policy.
The main reasons why we collect and use user data:

(b) the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, which is a framework designed by the US and EU in conjunction to provide US companies with a way to be compliant with EU data protection guidelines in GDPR. Our agreement with them protects the information that we collect from any unauthorized use.
6. Who has access to your data?
Within the Data Controller’s organization, the access to your personal data file is restricted so that access to the information and the right to use that information is only vested in those members of the Data Controller, who have such right based on their work assignments. The data processing system is protected by data protection software for the operating system. Access to the system requires that each user of the register enters a user ID and password.
7. Who we may share data with
Aggregated data (not the personally identifiable information) may be shared with third parties such as advertisers or business partners.
Your personally identifiable information such as your email address and name may be shared with third parties when we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law.
8. How long will we keep your data for?
We will retain your personal data if their account is active, as necessary to provide you with the services or otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We will not keep your personal data after you delete your Service Provider’s profile.

11. Payment Processing
Payment processing services for interpretation on Understandify are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Done Enterprises Ltd on Understandify, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Understandify enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Understandify accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Understandify to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
12. Your rights
You will always have the option to opt in certain services and to opt out of those services at any stage.
All users, within the limitations imposed by applicable law, have the following rights:
• To check what data the Service Provider has collected of them.
• To require that any incorrect, useless, incomplete, or outdated information be corrected or removed.
• To prohibit the Service Provider from processing their personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, market research, and opinion polls.
• To request a downloadable copy of their personal data.
• To request deletion of customer account. The Service Provider may retain certain information as required by law, or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

15. Applicable law
These terms are based on the laws of Finland. If the terms conflict with domestic legislation, complying with the legislation is in force in that respect. Any disputes shall be settled first and for all by negotiation between the Parties.
The Service Provider shall follow the domestic and international laws of Data Protection, Business secrets and IPR.
